HEY, I’M MARTINA!

Until 2015, I was a Store Manager at Apple, and even though I loved it, all I did was work, eat, sleep, and repeat. I was often exhausted, and prioritized work, success, emails, and others over my wellbeing, and got closer and closer to emotional burnout. I didn't know how to manage stress, and had neither time nor energy to be creative, workout, or take care of myself. As a high achiever, I was stuck in the mentality that being successful meant working hard, and I put myself at the bottom of my priority list.

ONE DAY, I DECIDED I WANTED MORE FROM LIFE, HAVE TIME FOR MYSELF, MY RELATIONSHIPS, AND OTHER THINGS THAN JUST WORK.
