In my own journey, I moved from being a Apple Retail Store Manager (with the craziest Holiday Seasons) to a Health Coach, overcoming the toxic cycle of work, eat, sleep, repeat once and for all.   • I commit to serving you 100%, and you need to commit to showing up. The results are fully up to you and depend on how much you show up. The more you put into it, the more you will get out of it.
