Until 2015, I was a Store Manager at Apple, and even though I loved it, all I did was work, eat, sleep, and repeat. I was often exhausted, and prioritized work, success, emails, and others over my wellbeing, and got closer and closer to emotional burnout. I didn't know how to manage stress, and had neither time nor energy to be creative, workout, or take care of myself. FOUNDATIONS MODULE
MINDSET & ENERGY

Most people “know” what they should be doing for their health, but there’s something in their beliefs that’s holding them back. You may think “I have to finish work, before I can do something for myself”, and stories like these keep you stuck in the loop of frustration, no matter how hard you try.

Our energetic body stores emotions and stories and can block the natural flow of energy. We have 7 energy centers along our spine, called the Chakras in Sanskrit, and each of them is responsible for a certain area of life and health.

E.g. when you’re feeling overwhelmed, it’s because you have too much energy in your head vs. the rest of your body. Or when you’re struggling with your digestion, there are probably some stored emotions in your hips, or you’re trying to “hold on” to something struggling to let go..

Understanding how your body’s energy communicates with you and how to reprogram your beliefs is the key to lasting transformation. The perfect plan just won’t be enough.

Many people want to find fulfillment in life, but neglect the fact that their bodies are exhausted, and overwhelmed from work. Reset your system by optimising your sleep, making time for rest, and reducing unnecessary sources of stress from your life.

A healthy digestion is a sign of a healthy body. Understanding the importance of a healthy gut combined with regular movement that fits your body type and your needs helps raise your energy levels, release emotions, and reduce stress in mind, body, and soul.

You are what you eat, and it greatly impacts how you feel in your body and brain. Optimize your eating habits, energize yourself through the right foods, and understand how you can nourish yourself on all levels without guilt or shame, or the “perfect” diet.
