3 Simple Action Steps to Sleep Better

Insomnia, restlessness, and racing thoughts are just a few of the typical symptoms of overworked, stressed, and exhausted humans. Here are 3 things you can do to instantly improve your sleep:

1) Turn Your Phone Off

Turn your phone OFF at least 1hr before you go to bed. And I mean OFF OFF, not airplane mode. Get an alarm clock to wakeup and leave your electronics outside of your bedroom. Period.

2) Write Your Thoughts Down

Take a piece of paper and write down all the thoughts, worries, to dos that are spooking around in your mind. Tomorrow is another day, gf! First, you deserve some rest. πŸ“

3) Sleep Before Midnight

Go to bed before midnight and make sure you get about 8hrs of rest (you might need more, you might need less > you know what you need!). Not sure if you need more sleep? Here's a simple thing to remember: if you're still tired, you need more sleep.

Before you roll your eyes thinking you already know all of these things, beautiful, are you actually implementing them daily? Because they work! All of my current Perfectionist Rehab clients just implemented some of these and 100% of them are sleeping better within less than 2 weeks.

Remember: No information serves you if you don't get into action! Try these 3 things for 7 days, and I guarantee you, your sleep will improve!
