Maybe you’ve been waiting for a „sign“ to show you that moving forward and signing up for Perfectionist Rehab.
What is spiritual bypassing?
Waiting for signs to take action in your life is spiritual bypassing.
Thinking that the universe will magically show you something is the opposite of owning your decisions.
Just like having another reading and another reading and another reading thinking that your answers will come forward there.
You’re giving your own power away, thinking that something in the outside needs to happen to give you confidence to move forward and do something you secretly hope to do.
Your focus needs to shift. From the outside to the inside.
What does your gut feeling say?
How does your heart feel about it?
Do you already know it’s exactly what you need, but maybe you’re a little scared?
Being spiritual means having a connection to yourself in the first place. To yourself, to God, to spirit, to the divine. Whatever it is for you.
You know what you need, trust yourself
Knowing that whatever feels right for you will be your answer. Your body is the word that speaks to you.
Your answers don’t come from nobody but yourself - sometimes orchestrated through spirit or God.
Signs are great and readings are great. I even give readings myself. They’re great to give us confidence along the way and reassuring we are on the right path.
But they shouldn’t have the power over you and decide if you do something or not. That’s spiritual bypassing.
Trust yourself! You know!
Even when you think you don’t. You do.
And if you’ve been waiting for the sign, let this love sign on the streets of LA be the one you’ve been waiting for.
