I know you’re over the work-from-home tips that tell you to buy flowers and wear jeans! While those definitely work, there’s a deeper level of work-from-home vibe that you need to create at this point!
Tip #1 - Turn off your phone
Turn your phone off while you're working! Airplane mode and screen facing down is just not enough, is it?! Let's completely avoid the distractions. You are bigger than this!
Tip #2 - Take regular breaks
Not just to go to the bathroom, but actually to sit on the couch and drink a cup of tea while doing nothing. People have unlearned to do nothing! But you can re-learn ;)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Tip #3 - Get an alarm clock
Don't harm your beautiful mind with work emails in the first few minutes of waking up and don't respond to messages at 11pm! Leave your phone outside the bedroom.
