There’s only one real problem that is an actual problem: You know that something in your life is off and out of alignment, out of integrity, not going the way you desire...
And you’re not doing anything about it
Maybe you’re working overtime every day - and it feels exhausting.
Maybe you’re saying hello to strangers on Instagram before you say good morning to your partner (or even to yourself!) - and you feel like a phone addict.
Maybe you’re checking work emails on the weekends - and you feel pressured, because you feel like you “have to”.
None of this is healthy and none of this is probably what you want.
Yet, you’re still doing it.
Why?
Actually, why is another topic, but the thing is: you don’t like it, therefore, you have a choice to do something about it.

You don’t have to check emails on the weekends.
You don’t have to grab your phone first thing in the morning.
You don’t have to work overtime.
Maybe that’s expected in your job right now, but: you don’t have to stay in that job.
You absolutely can. But you have a choice.
Sometimes, my words trigger people, especially perfectionists and high achievers... and that’s ok.
I’m not here to tell that whatever you’d like to manifest is magically going to fall into your lap.
You need to take ownership of your reality first. Know that nobody but YOU takes decisions about what you do with your time and energy.
