What kind of conversations do you want to have in 2021? Talk about why others are wearing their masks wrong, have weird haircuts or looks, or aren't doing what they "should", e.g. eat healthier or workout?⠀⠀⠀⠀
Talk about why the government wasn't reacting faster in the covid crisis or why borders are still not open? Or that discussion that happened on TV the other day that you don't agree with?
Or do you want to talk about your 2021 ideas and dreams this year?
There has probably never been a time where we could have so many conversations about others and things that are going on in the world.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But listen, here are two important things to remember:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1) What you focus on expands
The more you focus on what others aren't doing "right" and what's happening here and there, the more you're going to get frustrated (at least this is my personal experience and I do not enjoy it at all).⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2) You only have 24hrs a day
It's taking time away from you talking about your dreams, because we only have 24hrs every day, so how do you want to spend it?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This should be the question to ask yourself in 2021. And talking about ideas isn't always easy, because maybe the people around you only talk about events or other people!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with
Who are they?
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You might need a new sisterhood. A new community where you don't need to get lost in mindless conversation that drain your energy rather than recharge you. A space where your big ideas are safe and where you can have inspiring conversations with likeminded women. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The essence of what we do in my programs is move you forward with the ideas you have on your heart.
