Most people think that health is a very complicated topic and we need all kinds of lab tests and doctors visits to find out if we are healthy or not. While lab tests are great, there are some super simple indicators to tell how healthy your body is - without having to go to the doctor (unless you experience severe health issues, then please consult your doctor).
Here are 7 crystal clear indicators that show that you are healthy and your body is thriving
1 - You sleep through most nights and wakeup well rested
2 - You can easily go to the bathroom every day and your poop looks like a floating banana
3 - You have a good appetite, and nourish your body with colorful, fresh foods
4 - You can concentrate and focus well at work, are mostly productive, and feel accomplished every day
5 - You have deep and honest conversations with your loved ones, which make you feel loved and appreciated
6 - You are generally composed, and it’s rare that you feel frustrated, or irritable
7 - People love being around you because of this glowing, uplifting vibration you send out
Typical health struggles perfectionists experience
This list from above used to 100% not be me just a few years ago. I had all kinds of health issues that I wasn't even aware of, and here are some of the very common issues I was struggling with and so many perfectionists and busy women experience daily:
I had trouble sleeping
I couldn’t go to the bathroom for days (it’s painful!)
I was eating too much fast food and sugar
I was multitasking ALWAYS and felt frustrated daily
I often avoided friends, bc I didn’t have time
I used to feel stressed every day
My glow was at least 50%+ turned off
